Job Roles and Responsibilities:
The IT Admin Support is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and
administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems,
office connectivity, and related infrastructure. This role involves managing routine IT
operations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal users on software,
hardware, and network concerns.
● Oversee BAU (Business-as-Usual) IT operations, ensuring all systems and
services run efficiently.
● Provide support for office internet, Wi-Fi connectivity, and troubleshoot
related issues.
● Manage and support office facilities technology, including CCTV systems and
conference room (FR) equipment.
● Coordinate software purchase processes, including billing, license tracking,
and renewals.
● Administer and support Google Workspace (G Suite) for internal users.
● Handle domain registration, renewal, and management.
● Provide support for Microsoft Office applications.
● Inspect, configure, release, and coordinate repair and maintenance of
company laptops.
● Document IT processes, maintain inventory records, and provide reports as
needed.
Job Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field.
● Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
● Knowledge of network troubleshooting, G Suite, Microsoft Office, and
hardware maintenance.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under minimal supervision.
