Location: 8th Floor, Venice Corporate Center, McKinley Town Center, 8 Turin St, Taguig, 1634 Metro Manila

We're looking for a Sr. Analyst – BSS License Management to serve as the primary point of contact for software license management. You'll be working with a US healthcare leader employing over 90,000 people worldwide (including 700+ in the Philippines), ensuring license compliance, optimizing portfolio value, and managing renewals that keep critical systems running.

What You'll Do

  • Manage software license renewals and ensure compliance with corporate policies
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors, finance, and IT on licensing matters
  • Maintain accurate software asset inventory and provide compliance metrics
  • Ensure timely renewals, POs, and invoice processing within budget
  • Support business case development for new license scope and cost alignment

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years' experience in license management, application support, or IT asset management
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and contract management
  • Familiarity with IT purchasing, finance, and records management processes
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
