
Business Development Officer

Main Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities across various channels, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to align marketing objectives with designated budgets.
- Oversee and evaluate market research, adapting marketing strategy to meet evolving market and competitive conditions.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Meet with key clients to negotiate and close deals, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Assist marketing officers in maintaining harmonious client relationships and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, contributing to business growth and expansion.
- Guide the preparation of marketing activity reports and present them to executive management for review and analysis.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
- Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure the performance delivery of all sales and marketing initiatives to all Business Unit Heads/Stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, and train Marketing Officers and Associates to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness.
- Initiate product or process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Build a strong Marketing team through continuous training and upskilling of staff competencies.
- Attend calibration meetings and serve as a point of contact for international clients assigned to your team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of Sales and Marketing experience.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to self-motivate and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies.
- Fluent in both English and Tagalog, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate global business needs.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must be willing to work at our location in 5th Avenue, Caloocan City.
