Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate to the Sales and Business Development Department. This role supports the Sales & BD Manager in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & BD Manager, including managing clients, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.

Training and Development: Participate in conducting departmental training sessions and exams on essential departmental knowledge, including system use, interdepartmental procedures, scheduling, automation, and BIR registration processes.

Documentation: Help in the formal documentation and routine updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and workflow related to job responsibilities.

Social Media and Marketing: Monitor social media platforms and support marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.

Client Support: Assist in maintaining a healthy client database, providing sales support, after-sales support, and managing client feedback and complaints.

Business Process Improvement: Support the team in business and process development initiatives aimed at improving services for both internal department and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with background in Sales
  • Can speak both Fukien and Mandarin
  • Can multitask and handle multiple clients at once
  • Can work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork is a must
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Amenable to work on site from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
