QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any business or engineering course
  • With experience working with a construction company in the field of Business Development
  • Candidates with experience in Business Development handling housing projects will have an advantage
  • With a network of connections in the private and public sector
  • Willing to Travel (Luzon to Mindanao)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Build business by identifying sales prospects; establish and maintaining business relations with current and potential customers, with key industry players, consultants, designer, organization and developers.

- Responsible for identification of potential customer; make contact, reach out to build connection to find potential business lead; present the company and product accordingly that will suit project requirements; handle objections and turn into opportunities from finding ways to suggest alternative acceptable counter-proposal to close the deal; provide assistance during sales activities and after sales for business continuance, to achieve goal of long-term business partnership.

- Contributes to team effort to accomplish target sales goal by providing market research to identify business opportunities, including competitors move in general, such as prices, terms, active customers, technical product information to analyze our competitiveness in the market and suggest possible competitive move as necessary. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

information.

- Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents to fit the client's requirements. This may require coordination with the company's legal officer and securing pertinent KPMI documents from other agencies such as government and company accreditations, bank certificates, board resolution,

bid security et al;

  • Assist the implementation / completion of issued Purchase Order and related terms as well as collection to assure customer satisfaction quality and timely deliverables to build long-term business partnership.
  • Actively participates with various related industry events, networking and promotional activities.
  • Handle external communications and act as liaison officer between customer and KPMI internal department to fulfill satisfy customers requirements.
  • Perform other tasks / functions associated and as delegated / directed by the Management as the need arises.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Strictly follow and implement established QMS, Quality Policy, Goals Targets and Objectives and actively participates on its corresponding activities and programs (such as Trainings, Internal Audits, Management Review, Special Committee appointments, 5S of Good Housekeeping, Document and Records Control, Waste Segregation, EHS Related Programs, Energy and water conservation program).
