I. Job Overview

Business Development Assistant is responsible for supporting our strategic growth initiatives and sales operations. Helping the organization grow its customer base, increase revenue, and expand into new markets.

II. Duties and responsibilities

  • Research potential clients, industry sectors, and emerging market trends relevant to Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc.
  • Compile lists of prospects using online tools, directories, and databases.
  • Assist in identifying key decision-makers and initiating contact strategies.
  • Support outreach efforts by drafting emails, scheduling calls, and following up with prospects.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with current clients by assisting in regular communication and service updates.
  • Monitor client feedback and report insights to the Business Development Head.
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and documentation for bids.
  • Generate reports on business development program
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and client demos
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and assist in ensuring follow-through.
  • Support the planning and execution of business development events or initiatives.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or Management
  • To comply with all the terms and conditions of Primehomes Real Estate Development
  • Inc.'s Code of Conduct.

III. Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales support, or a similar role.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a team environment.
