The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and deployment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and deployed workers, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and job orders.
  • Monitor deployment schedules and ensure timely processing of assignments.
  • Support payroll processing by submitting required documents (e.g., DTRs, approved leaves).
  • Respond to employee concerns or grievances and escalate to HR Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with accounting or finance regarding statutory benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
  • Prepare regular reports related to recruitment, deployment, and employee status.
  • Serve as point of contact between employees, HR officers, and management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in college (preferably HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related fields).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Can multitask and work under pressure.
  • Preferably with own service.
  • Willing to work on-site set up.
