OBJECTIVES:

  • To provide on the dot and accurate timekeeping and monitoring of attendance.
  • To provide prompt, objective, accurate and general services to all hospital and administrative employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participates in the development, review, and update of human resources policies and procedures related to recruitment and placement, personnel transactions and employee welfare.
  • Secures and updates on existing and new legislation and administrative issuances related to employment to serve as references HR activities.
  • Assists in disseminating information to all employees of the institution on HR policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the orientation/re-orientation programs.
  • Maintains job description for all positions in the organization and provides respective copies to all employees.
  • Provides coordinative support and prepares logistical requirement for employee relations activities related to holistic formation of the institutional members.
  • Conducts timekeeping and monitoring of attendance for administrative and outsource employees.
  • Makes summary report of payroll instruction (Admin and Academics employees).
  • Maintains and update 201 file of administrative and academics employee.
  • Assists HR Associate in recruitment and placement.
  • Assists in employee evaluation.
  • Assists in preparation and processing of employees' benefits.
  • Assists in preparation for training/seminar/activity.
  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • At least Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management/Development, or any related course.

Work Experience/s:

  • Preferably at least one (1) year work experience.

Special Qualities/Skills Required:

  • Must be knowledgeable in computer software applications.
  • Must have excellent communications and leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable with timekeeping and payroll is an advantage.
