Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee files, HR records, training logs, and employment documents.

Job Specifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of HR-related work experience (internships may be considered); experience in an FMCG or manufacturing setup is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Familiar with HR documentation, recruitment workflows, and timekeeping processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or biometric/timekeeping software is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, company policies, and disciplinary procedures.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal), especially in dealing with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, structured, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR profession.
  • Assist in recruitment: posting ads, screening, scheduling interviews, and processing pre-employment steps.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Organize training, seminars, and learning sessions as directed. Monitor performance evaluations and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare HR communications like memos, notices, and discipline documentation.
  • Generate attendance reports, tardiness trends, and HR analytics.
  • Support food safety and GMP compliance by aligning HR procedures with regulations.
  • Promote a safe, compliant work environment by enforcing rules and safety policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
