We are seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, improving workforce performance, ensuring DOLE compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of employees
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE labor laws and company regulations
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Manage performance evaluation, regularization, and employee development programs
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and timekeeping
  • Lead training and development programs for all employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning
  • Promote a healthy and professional workplace culture
  • Manage termination, resignation, and exit procedures
  • Oversee company compliance with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
