- Responsible in government remittances (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig)
- In-charge in government loan monitoring and certification
- In-charge in government benefit claims (Sickness, Maternity, EC)
- Processing of employee's Annual Tax Refund
- In-charge in issuance of Annual BIR 2316 Form
- Processing of employee's Annual 13th month pay
- Processing of separated employee's final pay
- Responsible in employee discipline (issuance and monitoring of incident report)
- Monitoring of Manager's flexible and medical reimbursement claims
- In-charge in Government and Company benefits newly hired orientation
- Handle the company's all manpower providers and securing annual service agreement
- Checking of manpower billings, government reimbursement and other agency incentives
- Perform other task and duties assigned by the HOD
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent
- Must have 3-5 working experience as a CompenBen and Labor relation
- Can do usual HR reporting
- With above average people skills
- Highly organized and keen on details
- Must be adaptable, team player, proactive and with leadership potential
