Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Officer

  • Handles/Assists sales inquiries and shipments.
  • Achieve monthly sales quota, prepare and submit regular sales report and forecasts to management.
  • Acquire new clients to drive and expand company revenue.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports, quotation logs, and follow-up schedules, and track sales leads and follow up on outstanding quotation
  • Confirm booking details with Operation Team.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client logistics needs and specific shipping requirements.

Accounting/HR Officer

  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability
  • Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow report
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Keeps records of the goods and services of the company. (input and output tax)
  • Compile data for VAT, withholding, and income tax filing
  • Managing employee compensation and benefits.
  • Handling government-mandated contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG in the Philippines)
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Oversee the processing and administration of employee loan applications.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply at least related in Logistics Industry.
