ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles/Assists sales inquiries and shipments.
- Achieve monthly sales quota, prepare and submit regular sales report and forecasts to top management.
- Acquire new clients to drive and expand company revenue.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports, quotation logs, and follow-up schedules, and track sales leads and follow up on outstanding quotation
- Confirm booking details with operation team.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client logistics needs and specific shipping requirements.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure deals that are mutually beneficial.
- Handle objections effectively and address any concerns to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Emphasize the features of services to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or business development meetings as a representative of the company.
- Understand customer needs and provide technical expertise and solutions to address their requirements.
- Calling potential customers to explain company services and encourage purchases.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
- Empathetic, patient-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply at least related in Logistics Industry.
