sales supervisor

FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise the department and guide them to create promotional product initiatives that increase sales.

· Managing a target-based solution, which involve understanding customer needs and providing purposeful solutions.

· Assemble sales strategies, department's proposals, statement of qualifications, and reporting for various stages of submissions.

· Create and arranges internal meetings, updates and constant monitoring of associates' progress.

· In-charge of overseeing daily operations in the sales department.

· Maintain good relation with the existing and new contact persons.

· In-charge of final approval for daily itinerary of sales team.

· Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.

· Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports.

· In-charge of relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among sales representatives and reports (pipelines, daily releases, and monthly projection.)

· In-charge of leading the weekly sales briefing and sales huddle to tackle all the concerns, pipelines, pending accounts, for process accounts, etc...,

· Direct report to the office of the president.

REQUIREMENTS:

- More than 3 years of Managerial working Background.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with industry-specific trends and regulations.
