Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A real estate license is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experienced in commercial leasing, real estate sales, property management and administrative roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of legal, regulatory, and accounting considerations in commercial leasing.
- Proficiency in market analysis, lease documentation, and financial assessment.
- Customer service-oriented with solid interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the local market is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential exhibit/showroom sites and organizers
- Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and finalization of location agreements
- Maintain exhibit/showroom calendar and coordinate logistics (ingress/egress, schedules)
- Prepare rental, renovation, and utility payment requests
- Review, draft, and negotiate lease agreements and renewals
- Liaise with mall admin, organizers, and authorities for permits and approvals
- Manage contract compliance, renewals, and expirations
- Ensure all related departments are informed about new or closed branches
- Oversee office supply needs for leasing operations
