Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in introducing high-quality Japanese automotive spare parts and trusted local products to the market. This position serves as a great starting point for a sales career, offering hands-on experience in customer relations, market expansion, and professional selling. You will receive training and mentorship as you gradually take on responsibilities in fieldwork and account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell Japanese automotive spare parts and select local products to customers.
• Assist senior sales representatives in maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and retailers.
• Join market visits to study competitors and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and submit basic sales reports, call sheets, and activity logs for management review.
• Participate in trade fairs, product demonstrations, and client meetings under guidance.
• Represent the company in a professional manner while developing confidence in dealing with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles (internships and part-time work are also considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and open to continuous development.
• Willing to engage in fieldwork within assigned locations (having a driver's license is an advantage but not required).
• Basic knowledge of automotive products is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
