Job Description

As our Sales Agent, you'll play a key role in introducing premium Japanese automotive spare parts and trusted local products to the market. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in sales while learning the fundamentals of client relations, market expansion, and professional selling. You'll be trained, guided, and gradually exposed to fieldwork and account handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in promoting and selling premium Japanese automotive spare parts and local products.
  • Support senior sales staff in building and maintaining distributor and retail partner relationships.
  • Join market visits to learn competitor monitoring and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide assistance in coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
  • Prepare simple sales activity logs, call sheets, and basic reports for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows, product presentations, and client meetings with supervision.
  • Represent the company professionally and develop confidence in customer-facing situations.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internship/part-time work welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and open to training.
  • Willing to do fieldwork within assigned territory; valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of automotive products is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
