About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Luxury Travel Booking Customer Service Agent to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking luxury travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls from clients to assist with booking, modifying, and cancelling luxury travel arrangements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide recommendations on luxury travel packages and destinations based on customer preferences
  • Process payments and manage customer accounts
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of luxury travel experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge to provide the highest level of customer service

What we're looking for

  • At least HS/SHS GRAD/ Must have 6 months Customer Facing experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex customer requests
  • Familiarity with luxury travel products and destinations
  • Proficiency in using booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
