Job Description

As a Data Entry and ServiceM8 Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, booking jobs using ServiceM8, and ensuring efficient and timely processing. You will also collaborate with team members and clients to maintain smooth operations while upholding confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, 8:30am-5:30pm (Qld time zone), Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Davao

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry
• Proficiency in using ServiceM8
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for phone conversations with customers
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with other data entry software and tools
• Strong organizational and time management skill

• Accurately enter data into systems
• Book and manage jobs using ServiceM8
• Ensure all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
