We are seeking a talented Luxury Travel Booking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at TalentSync Training and Development in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the luxury travel industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from clients to assist with bookings, modifications, and inquiries related to luxury travel packages
  • Providing detailed information about travel destinations, amenities, and itineraries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process and providing prompt resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding experience

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6 months of customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of personalized service
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing various booking and customer relationship management systems
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of calls and tasks
