About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Booking Agent to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time, blended voice/non-voice role, you will be providing exceptional customer service to our hotel guests, handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as various non-voice tasks.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from hotel guests, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and resolving any issues
  2. Conducting research and making hotel recommendations to match customer needs
  3. Updating and maintaining hotel booking systems and customer information
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services and packages
  5. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
  6. Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 mos and above Customer Facing Experience in BPO or Non BPO of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the hotel or tourism industry; Open to at least HS/SHS GRAD
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and requests
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and booking platforms, with a keen eye for detail
  5. A patient, empathetic, and service-oriented approach to ensure a positive customer experience
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
