We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide exceptional support to guests and clients in the Spa and Wellness industry. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and at least 1 year of CSR experience handling calls, emails, and live chats.

As part of our on-site support team, you'll be the first point of contact for guests — assisting them with bookings, inquiries, feedback, and overall service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients and guests.

  • Assist customers with booking appointments, confirming reservations, and answering service-related questions.

  • Provide accurate information about spa and wellness services, promotions, and policies.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback using internal systems.

  • Collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests always.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role (BPO or hospitality background preferred).

  • Previous experience handling hotel, spa, or resort reservations is highly desirable and adds value to the role.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with scheduling.

  • Customer-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding service.

  • Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
