We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued retail clients through a blend of voice and non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
