- Must be dynamic and result-oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision

DUTIES:
- Entertain office calls, visiting clients, tenant's employees for any concerns
- House Rules Implementation
- Housekeeping and Security Management (monitoring of attendance and postings)
- PR Management
- Standard Operation Procedures implementation
- Supervise cleanliness of building common areas and other facilities
- Petty Cash Management
- Checking of Parking
- Preparation of Manpower / Security Agency Billing
- Office Supplies Management
- Key Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
