Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data / Production Team Member (Project-Based) to join our team. In this role, you'll liaise with schools prior to photo day to accurately collect student and staff information and ensure all data is correctly entered into our systems. After photo day, you'll match images to names, verify records, and help maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency throughout all production processes.


Key Relationships

You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with schools prior to photo day to collect and confirm accurate student and staff data.
  • Enter and verify data in internal systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Match student images to names after photo day using software (e.g., Timestone).
  • Render jobs for printing and prepare templates for school samples once approved.
  • Communicate with internal teams, branches, and clients to clarify or resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain regular updates with branches regarding any delays, inconsistencies, or data concerns.
  • Flag incomplete or unclear information for follow-up.
  • Uphold strict data accuracy and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform database updates and regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.
  • Conduct quality checks and report inconsistencies to the Branch or Resource Centre Manager.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
