Our client is a a leading supplier of products/services, e.g., packaging solutions and consumables serving a diverse range of industries across Australia. The company focuses on delivering high-quality products and services while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Keying of expense invoices
  • Creditors monthly reconciliation

Operations & Personal:

  • Clearing reconciliation invoices
  • Complete all tasks in a timely and accurate manner with particular attention to quality
  • Manage and maintain successful working relationships with key internal and external divisions at all times
  • Assist with other duties as required within the wider business
Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience


• Previous experience in accounts payable administration or a similar role


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB) and Microsoft Office applications


• Experience working with AU/NZ Companies or suppliers of products or services (e.g., packaging solutions, consumables) or within similar industries


• Exposure to supporting businesses with multiple branches or locations


• Amenable to Part-time 4 hours per day
