We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting broker onboarding, accreditation, and relationship management, while ensuring smooth operations and excellent stakeholder experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage broker onboarding and verify broker documentation.
  • Assist with new, transfer, and cancellation accreditations.
  • Handle onboarding and accreditation queries or issues from members/brokers.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with existing members and brokers.
  • Maintain and update company CRM records.
  • Provide administrative support as directed.
