Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about accuracy? Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring smooth photo day operations. From preparing student and staff information to matching images with records, your contribution will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our production process.

What You'll Do
  • Liaise with schools ahead of photo day to collect and confirm student and staff data.
  • Accurately enter information into internal systems and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in all aspects of data management — from pre-photo preparation to post-production matching of images to names and IDs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
  • Perform database updates, audits, and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate regularly with branches, providing updates on progress, delays, or inconsistencies.
Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate with the Resource Centre Manager, Directors, LIRC departments, Customer Service, and Administration teams — all working together to deliver excellence.
