Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role supports manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review résumés, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews or assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and applicants.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
- Update and maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and applicant records.
- Assist department heads in defining job requirements and workforce needs.
- Post job advertisements and ensure all job postings are accurate and updated.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and monitoring hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply, if applicable).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
(Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
