Responsibilities:
- Execute and supports the day to day operations of the HR department
- Process documentation and prepare reports
- Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Employee Relations
- Employee Discipline
- Training and Development
- External Relations
- Provides administrative support and other admin related duties.
Requirement:
- College graduate of related course
- Proven experience as HR officer, administration or other HR position
- with at least 6months to 1yr relevant work experience
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Knowledge in labor policies and government mandated contributions
- With good moral character and professional work ethic
- Detail-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
