Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks and ensure accurate processing of documents and records.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Result Areas (KRA) for different departments.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring labor regulations, conducting workplace investigations, maintaining HR records, and representing the organization during hearings when necessary.
  • Partner with managers to support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and compliant workplace culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years relevant experience in an HR role (generalist or similar).
  • Proven experience in KPI & KRA development, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, strong moral and ethical standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and in collaboration with other managers.
  • BOSH certification (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) is an advantage but not required.
