HR Officer/HR Generalist

Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Perform various HR administrative tasks and ensure accurate processing of documents and records. Provide guidance and counseling to staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Result Areas (KRA) for different departments. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring labor regulations, conducting workplace investigations, maintaining HR records, and representing the organization during hearings when necessary. Partner with managers to support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. Contribute to creating a positive and compliant workplace culture aligned with company values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4–5 years relevant experience in an HR role (generalist or similar). Proven experience in KPI & KRA development, implementation, and monitoring. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity, strong moral and ethical standards. Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities. Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices. Ability to work under minimal supervision and in collaboration with other managers. BOSH certification (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) is an advantage but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
