Senior HR Generalist

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead key human resource functions and help shape a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a semi‑structured environment and is passionate about building systems, guiding change, and supporting people. Key Accountabilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes. Drive the development and execution of workforce plans that align with evolving business needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the quality of hires. Employee Relations & Compliance Resolve employee relations issues, administer disciplinary actions, and address labor concerns with fairness and compliance. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies. Navigate conflict with professionalism and enforce discipline when necessary. HR Operations & Administration Direct HR administrative operations, including office upkeep, supply management, vehicle coordination, and equipment accountability. Maintain and update HR records and reporting systems with accuracy and consistency. Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Compensation & Benefits Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Training, Development & Culture Identify training needs and facilitate soft skills sessions when required. Design and implement programs that promote a strong, values‑driven culture. Drive alignment with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles: accountability, measurables, discipline, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Define and implement HR policies and processes. Develop structured training and development programs. Act as a strategic partner to operations leaders. Deliver measurable improvements in recruitment, retention, and employee engagement. Provide coaching, mentorship, and fair enforcement of discipline. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background. Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and training. Experience designing or delivering training programs. Strong conflict resolution and decision‑making skills. Ability to work independently in a lean team environment. Comfortable navigating change and building systems from the ground up (EOS experience a plus). Clear, structured thinker with the ability to articulate action plans.
