  • Administers compensation packages, processes payroll, and manages employee benefits, ensuring they are competitive and effective.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, employment status, benefits, and performance is a critical administrative function.
  • Plays a vital role in managing the relationship between employees and the company, resolving workplace conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Ensures the company adheres to all relevant labor laws, government regulations, and internal workplace policies.
  • Evaluating training needs and designing programs to develop employee skills and career paths are important HR functions.
