**Position Overview**
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team full-time, based on-site in Metro Cebu. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, particularly through franchising. The successful candidate will build and nurture strategic partnerships, spearhead retail expansion initiatives, and develop actionable strategies informed by thorough market and competitive analyses.
**Key Responsibilities**
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new business opportunities with a focus on franchise development
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support retail growth
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve targets
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and business development efforts
Travel extensively across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to support business initiatives and franchise development
**Qualifications**
Proven expertise in sales, strategic partnership building, and business development
Strong background in business strategy, market research, and competitive analysis
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
Analytical and data-oriented mindset to inform decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Franchise operations experience is a plus
Willingness to travel extensively across the Philippines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
