Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales And Business Development located in Cebu. The Director of Sales And Business Development will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves overseeing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Business Development and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and build client relationships
- Team Management experience, including leading and mentoring a sales team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu
