Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective business development strategies.
  • Identify and develop new clients, projects, and partnerships in industries such as, but not limited to, manufacturing, power, utilities, oil & gas, and transportation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging technologies that can drive sales growth.

Client & Partner Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, engineers, and procurement officers.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the value of automation solutions.
  • Work closely with system integrators, technology partners, and OEMs to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product management, finance) to finalize deals.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
  • Identify opportunities for new product introductions and service offerings
