We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the ICT sector by promoting SAP and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business development within the software/ERP domain and a strong understanding of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in SAP/ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging SAP/ERP products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and delivery) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development focused on SAP or ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
  • Strong understanding of ERP software and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ICT or technology consulting companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
