Client Service Specialist

We're seeking a reliable and client-centered Client Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and prospective leads. In this role, you'll manage inbound calls, respond to inquiries, process leads within our systems, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and composed under pressure, with the flexibility to work in dynamic schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
- Follow structured scripts while accurately logging details in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate urgent or time-sensitive requests.
- Adjust communication style to match the caller's tone, mood, and needs.
- Demonstrate familiarity with geographic references and postcode systems to ensure authentic interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or light accent.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in sensitive scenarios.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using CRMs, call handling systems, and team tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and open to growth through feedback.
- Prior experience in inbound support, customer service, or dispatch roles.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of UK and/or international postcode systems.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new workflows and technologies.
- Experience handling urgent or service-based client requests.
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Backup internet option (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi or secondary provider).
- Backup power source (UPS or generator) for continuity.
- Personal computer or laptop with quality noise-canceling headset.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
