Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Baguio, Philippines (Onsite)

Department: APAC Operations / Technical Services

About the Role:

As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary role will involve serving as a project manager to ensure seamless client onboarding, providing outstanding support, and fostering strong connections with our clients. You are highly disciplined, organized, and process-driven. You will aim to surpass our clients' expectations during the onboarding process and consistently embody the guiding behaviors of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients from the sales handover, ensuring that accounts are set up, integrated, and clients are trained in using our systems.
  • Monitor and communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders as necessary to plan and execute software implementations.
  • Ensure customer priorities are given precedence in the onboarding process and are successfully met.
  • Collaborate effectively with other business units to streamline customer onboarding processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest product knowledge across all our products.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with CRM systems, particularly Vault CRM, is valued.
  • While experience in a similar role or in the real estate industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in both written and oral communication.
  • A high level of problem-solving ability.
  • A proficient level of technical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team-player attitude.
