About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Awesome Hotel Inc.' in San Juan La Union. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring our employees are supported and engaged. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the same role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR situations
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
