Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UKG HR Implementer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the UKG HR
system to meet the organization's HR needs. The UKG HR Implementor will collaborate with various
stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful
implementation and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the UKG HR system, including configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
- Configure the UKG HR system to support various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the UKG HR system.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest UKG HR features, enhancements, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
- Work closely with the IT team to integrate the UKG HR system with other HR and business applications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certification in UKG HR (Ultimate Software, Kronos) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting UKG HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring UKG HR modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, and Payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
