HR ASSISTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations, proper documentation, and efficient handling of employee-related processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports
- Help in processing payroll requirements (attendance, overtime, leaves)
- Support employee engagement programs and company events
- Monitor and file employee leave applications and disciplinary records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards
- Provide general support to employees regarding HR concerns
- Assist in other HR tasks as assigned by the HR Officer/HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Keen to details and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
