Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HR Leadership

  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's distribution goals and operational needs.

  3. Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce requirements and succession planning.

  4. Drive organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and employee engagement.

  5. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  6. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, and corporate roles.

  7. Build talent pipelines for high-volume and seasonal hiring needs.

  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and fair hiring practices.

  9. Employee Relations & Engagement

  10. Foster a positive work culture across sales, warehouse, logistics, and office teams.

  11. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  12. Design and implement employee recognition and retention programs.

  13. Training & Development

  14. Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative teams.

  15. Promote leadership development and cross-functional training.

  16. Compensation & Benefits

  17. Design competitive compensation structures for hourly and salaried roles.

  18. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.

  19. Benchmark industry standards to ensure market competitiveness.

  20. Compliance & Risk Management

  21. Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

  22. Lead audits and investigations related to HR practices.
  23. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
