Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's distribution goals and operational needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce requirements and succession planning.
Drive organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, and corporate roles.
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and seasonal hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and fair hiring practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work culture across sales, warehouse, logistics, and office teams.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Design and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative teams.
Promote leadership development and cross-functional training.
Compensation & Benefits
Design competitive compensation structures for hourly and salaried roles.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
Benchmark industry standards to ensure market competitiveness.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead audits and investigations related to HR practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
