
Virtual Wholesales Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the call & Emails received from the customers
- Maintain a good relationship with the existing customers
- Explore more potential customers
- Assist on Sales Order creation in Business Central
- Manage our databases for direct marketing campaigns
- Analyze data and produce reports on marketing performance to measure ROI
- Support managing our social media channels
- Manage merchandise and promotional items
- Other Ad-hoc tasks/Other tasks that may assigned from time to time
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in the Sales Support function, specifically sales order processing including warranties and over-all assistance for the operations team in a BPO Company or International company
- People person: excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, detailed and multitasking
- Results-oriented, organized team player
- Can work individually and in minimal supervision
- With own device (Laptop/Desktop) to use for the job
- Willing to install Hubstaff app to monitor time and productivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php32,000.00 per month
