We are looking for an Technology Operations and Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support for IT leadership. This role is a blend of executive assistant-level responsibilities, budget and vendor management, and project coordination. The position is well-suited for candidates experienced in IT budgeting and cross-functional program support.

Must Have's

  • 3–5 years of IT project coordination or administrative experience
  • Strong experience managing budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, logistics, and reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Knowledge of Smartsheets or similar tools
  • Experience in IT budgeting and financial tracking (over $5M)
  • Previous experience working with small IT teams or startup environments
  • Familiarity with IT program lifecycles and terminology

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
  • Strong ability to track, report, and manage IT financials and projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Track IT project milestones and department deliverables
  • Maintain vendor and contract documentation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks
  • Prepare meeting notes, reports, and executive presentations
  • Coordinate logistics across departments to support IT initiatives
  • Provide executive-level support to IT leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
