LinkedHelpers is seeking a Fluent English-speaking Virtual Executive Assistant (no accent preferred) with proven experience supporting U.S. clients. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to meet you

You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments (similar to contractors/electricians), managing client communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Starting Salary: Php20,000 (Probationary period)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor email inboxes: replying, organizing, and prioritizing messages.
  • Maintain and manage calendars; schedule and coordinate client and contractor appointments.
  • Confidently close appointments and follow up with clients to confirm schedules.
  • Document meeting notes and assist in tracking task progress.
  • Support coordination with internal teams and external clients as needed.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative and back-office support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Executive/Virtual Assistant, working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with neutral tone/no strong accent.
  • Previous experience scheduling for contractors, electricians, or service providers (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic graphic design.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to follow instructions and processes consistently.
