Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in lead generation and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will support daily business operations, manage client outreach, and help drive growth through effective prospecting. This role also involves coordinating with team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and qualify leads using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and online databases.
  • Manage and update lead lists to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate new business opportunities.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Provide leadership by guiding and supporting team members on tasks and projects.
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation of leads and communications.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance and lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coordinate and motivate a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
