Job Description:


• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Assistant and shareholders.


• Manage complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.


• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.


• Maintain and manage confidential documents and records.


• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and Excel-based tasks.


• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.


• Handle general office management tasks as required.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or any related field.


• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.


• High level of discretion and confidentiality.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
