Your Role
As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Directors, including diary management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
- Support scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions for internal leadership and client meetings.
- Assist with managing correspondence, filing, and record-keeping for Directors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Help track and follow up on key business priorities, actions, and deadlines.
- Maintain and update CRM records (contacts, companies, opportunities, budgets).
- Record meeting notes and follow up on BD actions.
- Prepare simple pipeline and activity reports for BD meetings.
- Schedule BD meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate proposals.
- Conduct market and competitor research; summarise insights for BD discussions.
- Manage LinkedIn and website content schedules; assist in campaign coordination , Mailchimp, Canva).
- Support event coordination, sponsorships, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain BD dashboards, KPI reports, and templates.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2–4 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders and with marketing background/experience.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality document preparation and coordination support.
- Familiarity with project administration, scheduling, and workflow tools (e.g. Productive or equivalent).
- Experience managing diaries, meetings, and communications for senior staff.
- Exposure to client-facing work or supporting consulting projects is advantageous.
