About the Role:

We are seeking a driven US Recruiter to handle the full recruitment process for a variety of US-based positions, with a focus on Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and entry-level roles. This position involves managing high-volume hiring campaigns and sourcing talent through diverse channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles including CSR, clerical, and entry-level positions.
  • Oversee high-volume hiring and ramp-up efforts, particularly for call centers.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of US recruitment experience, preferably including CSR and related roles.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume and ramp-up hiring.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle beyond posting jobs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, energetic, and results-driven approach.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
